The City of Tallahassee was officially designated as a JustServe City on Wednesday, Sept. 9, following a formal city proclamation presented by Tallahassee Mayor John E. Dailey to representatives from the Tallahassee Florida Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
